BMI Hosts ‘The Acoustic Lounge’
BMI presented singer/songwriters Mark Renk, Kate Akhurst, Aaron Gleason, and Anne Montone at the November edition of The Acoustic Lounge, held Monday, November 5 at Genghis Cohen.
Sponsored the first Monday of each month, The Acoustic Lounge, free and open to the public, allows developing artists to showcase their talent to a supportive audience of their peers. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, offering a great opportunity to network with other aspiring singer/songwriters. For established writers, it provides a chance to monitor new musical trends and be involved in the grass-roots/DIY musical movement.
